Since 1992, RE/MAX hasbeen a partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals nationally and has been raising funds and awareness through their Miracle Home Program because of their dedicated brokers and agents. On a local level, RE/MAX Realty Suburban has been participating in the Miracle Home Program for many years. Owned by brokers Fred & Gigi Perry, it was evident right from the start that they wanted to invest in their local community. They did so by becoming leading contributors to Children's Miracle Network. Because of their leadership and the example they set, a majority of the agents in their office followed suit. Not only have they earned the status of Miracle Agent and Miracle Office each year, but their office has also earned the Region's Miracle Office of the Year Award a number of times. This year, we celebrate a new benchmark with RE/MAX Realty Suburban, as they have reached the impressive milestone of donating more than $500,000 to Children’s Miracle Network of Kansas City over the years! About Gigi Perry

I’ve been an Overland Park resident for over 34 years after being relocated to Kansas City from Boston. I thought I would only be in the Kansas City area short term. Instead, I fell in love with the city and my husband Fred, who also happened to be my REALTOR^®!

We purchased our RE/MAX franchise in 1989 and our office is centrally located between downtown KC and the suburbs of Johnson County. My real estate team takes great pride in the services we offer our clients.

I love my job and feel blessed that I enjoy going to work every day. It is a wonderful feeling helping buyers and sellers complete a smooth and stress free real estate transaction. My career path has always been in sales and marketing, as my Bachelor of Science degree is in marketing.

I am involved in the KC community and have been a volunteer for Operation Breakthrough for over 26 years. They are one of the largest day care providers, early educators, and family crisis centers in the state of Missouri.
